A new Indian campaign condemns domestic violence
by featuring images of beaten Hindu goddesses.
" Pray that we never see this day.
Today, more than 68% of women in India are victims of domestic violence.
Tomorrow, it seems like no woman shall be spared. Not even the ones we pray to."
Very strong imagery that showcases the hypocrisy of India,
they worship these goddesses but regular women are worth less than dirt.
It's more prevalent in India and middle eastern countries but violence
against women is something everyone should be condemning.
It's time for gender inequality to come to a halt.
