Well, I hate milk.A big NO.
I would rather have a bone problem than milk in front of me!
So,people like me who are allergic to milk can take yogurt as milk substitute.
1 glass of milk contains 301 mg of calcium and a cup of plain yogurt made from skim milk has about 488 mg of calcium.
Substituting yogurt for milk is a perfectly fine way to get your needed dose of this important mineral.
